Breath Workshop

 Elise Milam, a Transformational Breathwork Coach, Teacher, and Workshop Facilitator is coming to Golden Rock Shop to facilitate an hour of Breathwork meditation, using crystalline energy to amplify the experience! With this workshop taking place on Mother's Day weekend; this workshop is themed in releasing family/generational/karmic patterns that no longer serve us and empowering ourselves to make necessary changes through the power of Breathwork!

Breathwork can activate intense untapped energy within the body, so it will begin with a gentle grounding session & group visualization. She will use Yin & Yang styles of Breathwork; Yang consists of 30 energizing minutes providing a mental booster & activating breath patterns. Yin provides 30 minutes of meditative relaxation, moving into an altered state of consciousness using Shamanic energy. We will amplify this state by incorporating crystals in gridwork!!!

Please refrain from food/drink for 2 hours before the class, & bring a journal, yoga mat, and an eye mask. Cost $50 per person, benefit is new tools for a healthier, happier you!
