Elise Milam, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, Workshop Facilitator & Energy Medicine Practitioner with RESPIRIT BREATHWORK is coming to Golden Rock Shop to facilitate one hour of Transformational Breathwork Meditation, using crystalline energy to amplify the experience!

Breathwork can activate intense untapped energy within the body. This class includes a relaxing blend of grounding techniques, visualization, mantas & music.

Elise incorporates both Yin & Yang styles of breathwork to help drop clients into an altered state of consciousness with support, guidance, and loving intention. We will amplify this state by incorporating crystals in gridwork and recommending stones to you to release negativity and invite in abundance.

Please refrain from food & drink 2 hours before breathwork! Bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, blanket & eye mask.
