Root Chakra Workshop

The Root Chakra connects with the age 0-6 years of life for development. Jana has made a huge chart of many things that connect with the Root & will use that as a guide. This is all from Jana's healing program that goes through the 8 chakras.

Jana will open the ceremony's sacred space & cleanse each participant, go over the Root Chakra information, and then begin the activities! She has put together a plant medicine tea with herbs to support the adrenal glands, the organ associated with the root. Each person will receive a mini blend of Root Chakra essential oils, made by her, to take home with them. Each participant will experience a small yoga session using specific poses to connect with their Root Chakra in order to get grounded and connect with their whole self. After yoga, we will experience a guided journey connecting you with your passions and things that make you excited about life, followed by a quick journaling opportunity, and an opportunity to build a grid using suggested crystals for the root.

The goal for this experience is for the participants to experience self-connection reminding them of the things that they can do for themselves to feel cared for and self-nurtured. The mantra for the root is 'I care for myself, I am safe and grounded.'

She will close with drumming and chanting of the Root mantra, and Reiki healing meditation walking through the attributes of each chakra with the purpose of providing a full balance.
